Cable Assembly Technician

Located in Chandler, AZ

Salary: $18 - $21 DOE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing cable and wire harnesses according to specifications and quality standards. This position requires good hand-eye coordination, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble cable and wire harnesses using hand tools and equipment
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables
• Perform soldering and basic electrical assembly as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Test cables for continuity and functionality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in cable or wire assembly required
• Ability to use hand tools and small equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting pay: $18–$21/hr DOE
• 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
