Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (with opportunities for increases based on skill development and upskilling)

Shift Availability (Primary & Flexible Options):

• Primary Shift (1st Shift): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift (Flexible): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift (Flexible): Friday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Candidates should be available for the primary shift but flexible to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.

Job Summary:

The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling products on a production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with good attendance
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
