Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and motivated Delivery / Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution facility in Mounds View, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 / hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (or until done)

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation‑to‑Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and deliver appliances and warehouse products safely and efficiently

• Operate box trucks, vans, forklifts, and pallet jacks in a variety of conditions

• Inspect and prepare products for delivery to ensure accuracy and damage‑free shipment

• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules while maintaining excellent customer service

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with inventory control and stock rotation

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift and move 50–100 lbs regularly

• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or material handling preferred

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Reliable, team‑oriented, and committed to safety and quality
