Entry-Level Administrative & Social Media Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $14–$16/hr
Experience Level: Entry-Level (Training Provided)

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative & Social Media Coordinator to support daily office operations while helping grow the company’s online presence. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and interested in social media, content creation, and administrative support. Training will be provided for systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients
  • Film, edit, and post content to social media platforms regularly
  • Help manage and grow digital media accounts to generate new leads
  • Assist with client communication and basic project coordination
  • Maintain client folders and update internal systems
  • Support office and project management team as needed

Qualifications

  • Entry-level administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
