We are seeking a reliable Night Warp Knitting Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating warp knitting machines, ensuring consistent fabric quality, and supporting overall production efficiency in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor warp knitting machines to maintain consistent production and quality standards
• Inspect raw materials and finished fabric, identifying and addressing defects as needed
• Perform machine threading, adjustments, and basic maintenance to ensure continuous operation
• Accurately document production output, issues, and machine performance
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in textile manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred
• Experience operating or working around industrial machinery
• Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in a production setting
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and meet production goals
