Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I (Temp)
Department: Reagent Manufacturing

Position Summary:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for manufacturing quality products efficiently, accurately, safely, and on time. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment and instrumentation to produce regulated products in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), company policies, and safety regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and the ability to recognize deviations from standard practices. Work is performed under the supervision of a Manufacturing Area Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all work in compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Assemble regulated products and sub-assemblies, including medical devices
• Operate production equipment
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with cGMP and SOPs
• Follow written instructions and established guidelines
• Troubleshoot moderately complex issues as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Assist with training new technicians when required
• Support in-process testing to ensure product quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred (cGMP or assembly line)

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
