Inventory Associate (6-Month Contract)

 

Location: Waukegan  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20/hour

Contract Duration: 6 months

 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Associate to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth product flow.

 

 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory
• Organize and stock materials in designated locations
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Requirements

• Previous inventory experience is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency (inventory software experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
