Job Details:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Develop case strategies and manage all aspects of assigned cases
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
