The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following direction when needed, and responding to maintenance needs and completing daily tasks in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on facilities, equipment, and grounds

• Respond to on-call requests promptly and professionally

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues

• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems before they escalate

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction when required

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Perform outdoor work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred

• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated

• High attention to fine details and quality workmanship

• Willingness to be on call at all times as needed

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
