Job Overview

Express Employment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler & Delivery Driver to support warehouse operations and regional deliveries. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with driving cargo box trucks on both local routes and scheduled trips to Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently as a team of one.

Responsibilities

Operate cargo box trucks for local deliveries and Eau Claire to Minneapolis routes

Perform shipping and receiving tasks accurately

Pick orders and maintain inventory control

Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment

Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of goods

Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse space

Work independently while meeting productivity expectations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse experience required

Prior delivery or driving experience required

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic math skills (multiplication)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout shift
