Duties:

• Set up SMT machines by loading programs, feeders, and components for production jobs
• Prepare and load components into feeders, ensuring accuracy against parts lists
• Operate SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens following process instructions
• Monitor machine setup and operation, making minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform basic visual inspections of PCB assemblies for obvious defects
• Complete routine cleaning and light maintenance to keep equipment running properly
• Report machine issues or production concerns to supervisors or maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate production logs, machine settings, and output records
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and ESD standards
• Follow all company quality procedures and production guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0–1 year of SMT operator or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic understanding of SMT equipment and processes
• Ability to identify electronic components accurately
• Familiarity with printing and soldering processes is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Must be able to follow written instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Commitment to following all safety and quality procedures
