Heavy Equipment Operator

 

Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $23.00/hour or higher DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday
Overtime required

 

Summary:
We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a local company in Pine Bluff to safely operate dozers, skid steers, excavators, and forklifts. This role will work at multiple job sites and requires someone dependable who can keep up in a busy work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Operate dozer, skid steer, excavator, and forklift safely and efficiently
Work at different job sites as assigned
Load, move, and grade materials
Assist with site preparation and general cleanup
Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues

 

Qualifications:
Experience operating dozer, skid steer, excavator, and forklift required
Must be efficient and comfortable operating all listed equipment
Valid driver’s license required
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
Able to work outdoors in various conditions
