We’re looking for dependable, energetic, and personable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Venue Coordinators. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of special events.

 

Pay: $17/hour

 

What You’ll Do:

• Open and prepare the venue for scheduled events
• Assist with event setup, including tables and chairs at the Cherie Flores Garden Pavilion
• Ensure all venue policies and procedures are followed throughout each event
• Coordinate with housekeeping and report any maintenance needs
• Act as the point of contact between event staff and security personnel

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and responsive
• Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
• Able to think quickly and stay organized during events
• Previous event or hospitality experience is a PLUS!
