Maintenance Coordinator / Crib Attendant – Manufacturing Operations

Your mission: Make sure the plant runs smoothly every day. You’ll manage maintenance workflow, stock materials, track work orders, and support the Pouring Dept., ensuring production never skips a beat.

What You’ll Do
Maintenance Department

  • Set up and maintain stock materials (spare parts, supplies) and vendor info, including costs, reorder points, and quantities
  • Maintain accurate work order records for all assets
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and adjust daily schedules to keep workflow efficient
  • Prepare shipping and transfer documentation, arrange couriers/trucking as needed
  • Conduct physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and recommend corrective measures
  • Enter maintenance time sheets and report to corporate office
  • Set up preventative maintenance schedules and update/close completed work orders daily
  • Identify process improvements to reduce downtime, control costs, and improve safety

Pouring Department

  • Manage chemical receipts and consumption in SAP/PSM, ensuring accurate recordkeeping
  • Conduct chemical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
  • Review, file, and maintain pouring-related documentation for traceability and compliance

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance coordination
  • SAP experience is a strong asset
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
