CMMS Coordinator – Manufacturing Operations

Your mission: Keep production moving, every day.
We’re looking for a hands-on CMMS Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll own the maintenance workflow, track every work order, and make sure parts and schedules are in place so the plant never skips a beat.
Key Impact Areas
- Set up and manage the CMMS system for work requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records for all plant assets and equipment
- Control spare parts inventory, including stock levels, reorder points, vendor data, and cost tracking
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and transfers of maintenance materials
- Monitor daily work order progress and adjust schedules to keep workflow efficient
- Track maintenance time sheets and KPIs, ensuring timely reporting to management
- Conduct physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and recommend corrective measures
- Identify process improvements that cut downtime, control costs, or improve safety
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment handling CMMS, maintenance planning, or inventory control
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (SAP or similar CMMS is a strong asset)
- Detail orientation plus the ability to juggle priorities in a high-volume setting
- Clear communication and teamwork skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
