Maintenance Technician - part-time

Located in Middletown, CT

Salary: $20-25/hr

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Location: Middletown, CT

Pay rate: $20-25/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 pm to 10 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
