Full time – Temp to hire

Monday through Friday – 7am – 3:30pm

$18hr to $20hr depending on experience.

 

A manufacturing company equipped with advanced machinery and innovative technology, specializing in the formulation and production of a wide range of skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and masks is seeking a Material Handler to join their team in Chatsworth.

 

Summary: This role is critical to maintaining efficient material flow between receiving, inventory, and production using modern equipment and warehouse management systems.

 

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Accurately count, palletize (as needed), and label incoming materials.
• Pick and stage work orders for production, compounding, and shipping.
• Transport inbound and outbound freight to designated staging areas.
• Put away quality control (QC) approved inventory into correct bin locations.
• Move work orders between warehouse, production, and compounding areas.
• Verify quantities of finished goods and returned materials from production.
• Palletize, wrap, and store finished goods and returned inventory.
• Perform routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate math and computer skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Minimum one year of Forklift experience. Forklift certification. (required)
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

English communication and writing skills appropriate for the role.
