Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced office setting. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare proposals, and invoices accurately and on time
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Communicate with internal team members and external clients as needed
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Ask questions and seek clarification when unsure to ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and overall technical aptitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to stay focused and avoid personal phone use during work hours
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Overtime available

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ISN / ISNetworld (or similar contractor compliance platforms)
