Our client, a supplier to the Aerospace Industry, is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager to support and expand our existing customer base in the Montreal and surrounding Quebec market. This role is focused on deepening client relationships, increasing market share within current accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction—not aggressive new‑business development or contract negotiation.

What This Role Is Not

No hard sales targets or quotas

No contract negotiation responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact

·         Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, in-person visits, and proactive support

·         Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand market share within current accounts

·         Follow up on inbound and warm leads and convert opportunities through relationship-driven engagement

·         Support light lead generation activities through referrals, industry networking, events, and trade shows

·         Create and maintain a pipeline focused on account growth, retention, and market opportunities

·         Gather sales forecasts from clients to support accurate inventory planning and availability

·         Maintain a strong pulse on the market, including customer trends, competitive activity, and industry developments

·         Share market intelligence and customer insights with Head Office in Ontario to support strategic decision-making

·         Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and retention

·         Travel within the Quebec region, across Canada, and occasionally internationally to attend trade shows, client meetings, presentations, and supplier/vendor visits

·         Represent the company professionally and positively across all markets

Qualifications & Skills

·         Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

·         Experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success

·         Aerospace industry experience preferred

·         Strong relationship-building skills with a dynamic, engaging personality

·         Comfortable following up on leads and identifying growth opportunities without aggressive selling

·         Motivated by client satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and market insight

·         Confident delivering presentations and engaging with clients and stakeholders

·         Highly organized with strong communication and follow-through

·         Willingness and flexibility to travel regionally, nationally, and occasionally internationally
