Key Responsibilities

Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring the effective use of public funds to support housing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  
• Experience with housing authority or HUD-funded programs preferred
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• High level of accuracy
