Job Summary

A local concrete plant in Hope, AR is seeking a reliable and motivated Site Manager to oversee daily operations. This position is responsible for managing production, coordinating deliveries, supervising drivers, and ensuring efficient batching and mixing of concrete. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment, basic computer skills, and prior leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Batch and mix concrete to meet order specifications
• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of 3 drivers
• Operate a front-end loader to move and stage materials
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and communicate needs
• Ensure production schedules and delivery timelines are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Perform general site oversight and assist with hands-on tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience operating heavy equipment (front-end loader required)
• Familiarity with computers and basic data entry/order systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Experience in concrete, construction, or similar industry preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical labor as needed
