Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer with forklift experience to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of warehouse and production tasks while safely operating forklifts to move materials and products. This role requires strong attention to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks such as packaging, sorting, labeling, and cleaning
• Assist with inventory control, including counting and organizing stock
• Operate forklifts when required (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
• Move products to designated storage areas or production lines
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
• Support team members and supervisors as needed

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification (required)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or general labour role
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
