Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist for an 8-week temporary assignment in Cape Coral. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers, and assisting with administrative and order processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately
• Prepare quotes and provide product/service information
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and operations
• Assist with order tracking, shipping coordination, and general administrative support
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
