Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Expert to support a local Fort Myers client who has recently transitioned to the platform. This individual will act as a “super user” to help stabilize processes, optimize system usage, and provide hands-on training to the Accounting team (AR/AP).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft D365 F&O
• Support post-implementation stabilization and troubleshooting
• Work closely with Accounting teams (AR/AP) to improve workflows
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to internal staff
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Assist with data integrity, reporting, and system navigation
• Act as a liaison between Accounting and IT (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Proven ability to train and support end users (especially Accounting teams)
• Background in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable preferred
• Experience in system implementation or post-go-live support is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Myers
