Project Lead

Located in Port Orchard, WA

Salary: $30-$35

Overview:  Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Lead Carpenter for a growing construction company in Port Orchard, WA. This is a hands-on role for an experienced carpenter who can lead a small crew while working alongside them on the job site.

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Work directly with a small crew to complete construction projects
• Perform high-quality carpentry work including framing, finish work, remodeling, and repairs
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily work activities and materials
• Communicate job progress and any issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Lead Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods
• Ability to lead by example and work well with a team
• Must have own truck for transportation to job sites
• Must have own tools
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety focused

Pay:
$30-$35/hour DOE with performance and pay review after 90 days

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
