Pay: $18.50 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

 

Overview
We are seeking a dependable Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, receiving and storing deliveries, preparing materials for weekly production, and operating warehouse equipment while following company safety and inventory control procedures. Strong mental math skills are required to accurately count and verify pallet quantities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk around wrapped pallets and accurately count products to determine total quantities. Strong mental math skills are required (very important).
• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Use a forklift as needed .
• Use an RF scanner to check in and track inventory.
• Pull and prepare orders every Friday for the following week’s production needs.
• Receive cold product deliveries, ensuring all items are counted, organized, and properly stored within 2 hours of arrival.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are stored correctly within the warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and inventory control tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform quick and accurate mental math when counting inventory on pallets.
• Experience using an electric pallet jack required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must wear composite-toe safety shoes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with cold product handling.
• Physically active role requiring walking, lifting, and operating equipment.
