Salary: $22.00/hr.

Machine Operator 2nd shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following with other duties assigned as necessary:

Reviews job orders (written or verbal) and determines material needs.

Select and assemble the proper materials for making fins. 

Operates fin machines and perform various related manual tasks including:Mounting Copper rolls on machines prior to fin production.  

Setting fin manufacturing parameters for machines based on job needs.

Collecting and moving finished fins to core assembly area. 

Inspects fins for imperfections and ensures that fins meet product specifications.

Cleans and maintains work area (daily), Core Side equipment and other tools of the trade.

Ensures the raw materials are safely and securely stored to prevent damage or theft. 

Works in a safe manner always.   

Ensures that all work is done in accordance with and adheres to IEA’s ISO and Quality standards.Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individual

Completes related paperwork concerning core logs and traceability tags.
