Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Wiring Technician to join our client’s team. This role involves hands‑on electrical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting within a production environment.
Read and interpret point‑to‑point electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and production instructions
Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical assemblies
Rework wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, and terminating wires
Accurately route, secure, and terminate wiring according to schematics
Perform soldering and connector termination to required standards
Use hand and power tools such as drills, wire cutters, crimpers, and wrenches
Strong aptitude for electronic control equipment and systems
Proven experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems
Skilled in wire harness assembly, including soldering and connector installation
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and system layouts
Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent hands‑on experience
