Pay Rate: $16.25/hour to start with raises up to $17.25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

Our staffing agency is seeking Assembly Workers for a local HVAC manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. This position involves using hand tools to assemble HVAC control boxes and lifting heavier components during the assembly process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with mechanical aptitude or assembly experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC control boxes using hand tools and fixtures
• Follow written and visual assembly instructions
• Lift, position, and secure heavier components as part of the build process
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Meet productivity and safety expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Qualifications

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools on a daily basis
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical ability
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
