Warehouse Associate

Location: Arnold & Fenton Area
Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-time, entry-level warehouse

Job Summary
Warehouse Associate positions are available in the Arnold & Fenton area. These roles are a good fit for candidates looking to get started in warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, or general labor work. No advanced experience is required, but candidates should be reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and organize products or materials

• Load and unload items as needed

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

• Follow basic instructions and workplace procedures

• Use pallet jacks, carts, hand tools, or other basic warehouse equipment as needed

• Support production, inventory, or order fulfillment tasks

Qualifications / Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Must be reliable and able to report to work on time

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• Previous warehouse, production, general labor, or shipping experience is helpful but not require

Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience

• Experience with pallet jacks, picking/packing, shipping, or receiving

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
