Location: Arnold, MO
Pay Rate: $16.25/hour to start with raises up to $17.25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Tubing Production Associates for an immediate opening at a local manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. This role involves feeding insulation into tubing components used in HVAC products. Candidates should be dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable performing hands‑on production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed insulation material into tubing according to production requirements
• Handle tubing components safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and ensure proper insulation placement
• Maintain steady production pace while meeting quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety‑compliant
• Follow all safety rules and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
