Express Employment Professionals is seeking an ERP Support Specialist for a growing metal building manufacturing company. This position plays a key role in supporting multiple departments, assisting with ERP system development, and providing administrative support to leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and helping improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support ERP system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting
• Test system functionality and report issues or improvements
• Assist with training staff on ERP system usage
• Maintain data accuracy within the ERP system
• Provide administrative support to operations leadership
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain documentation
• Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and project support
• Communicate across departments to improve workflow efficiency
• Support daily operational needs within production and logistics

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)
• Experience working with ERP systems required
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, administrative, or customer support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
