Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of coolers, freezers, and refrigeration equipment. This is a full-time, 1st shift manufacturing position with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term potential.

We are seeking reliable candidates with strong attendance and the ability to read a tape measure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cooler and freezer panels in a production environment
• Perform foaming and sealing processes
• Operate basic sheet metal equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package materials for shipment
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to read a tape measure/ruler accurately
• Basic math skills (fractions and measurements)
• Strong attendance and dependable work history
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• Blueprint reading experience is helpful but not required
