Job Summary
As a Biller, you will be responsible for processing car deals, handling financial documentation, and ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with company standards. This role is essential to our team’s success and requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process billing for car deals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle aftermarket product statements and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company standards.
- Verify that all documents are properly signed and completed for compliance.
- Process paperwork promptly
- Examine contracts to ensure conformity with specific requirements.
- Manage and maintain schedules for billing and financial operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in billing within the car industry (required).
- Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Pay is $20-$22/hr based on experience.
