Primary Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Feed wired metal spools into specialized machinery to form squared spirals.

• Packaging & Logistics: Carefully place finished metal products into wooden shipping crates for safe transport.

• Quality Control: Ensure spirals meet specifications before boxing.

• Warehouse Support: Assist with general shop tasks as directed by the leadership team.

Working Conditions

• Early Start: A consistent 4:00 AM start time ensures you beat the afternoon traffic and heat.

• Environment: This is an industrial warehouse setting. Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment exposed to the elements (hot in the summer and cold in the winter).

• Amenities: Access to a climate-controlled office space with a full kitchen and restrooms.

Requirements

• Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

• Experience: No specific machine shop experience required! Transferable skills from warehouse or light industrial environments are a plus.

• Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation.

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a 5-Panel Drug Test. (No Background Check required for this role).

• Safety: Basic knowledge of shop safety protocols and the ability to follow directions closely.
