Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring 30+ Warehouse Associates / Stackers for a cold storage facility in McAllen, TX. This role involves order picking, palletizing, and general warehouse duties in a refrigerated environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs often, and comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Stack, organize, and palletize products weighing up to 50 lbs for storage and distribution
• Wrap and secure pallets using stretch wrap
• Sort and organize inventory by size, type, or product code
• Move materials between receiving, storage, and work areas
• Record and track materials received and distributed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Work Environment

• Cold storage/refrigerated warehouse environment
• Physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, stacking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
