Are you a reliable, detail-oriented worker looking for a steady, full-time schedule? We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a premier industrial parts distribution center in East Baton Rouge. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on their feet.

In this position, you will be responsible for the core of warehouse operations: getting parts where they need to go. Please note: This is a non-forklift role strictly focused on manual order picking and warehouse maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately selecting industrial parts based on order sheets.

• Logistics Support: Unloading incoming shipments and loading outgoing trucks.

• Inventory Management: Stocking shelves and ensuring items are organized for easy retrieval.

• General Labor: Assisting with warehouse cleaning, organizing workspaces, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Timekeeping: Efficiently managing hours via an online timecard system.

Requirements

• Experience: Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and order picking.

• Skills: Ability to follow detailed directions and provide great internal customer service.

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a Background Check and a 10-Panel Drug Test.

• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.

Reporting & Logistics

• Supervisor: You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

• Weekly Pay: Competitive $15/hr rate with streamlined online timecards.
