Salary: $18.75

Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring slitter machines to safely cut large steel coils into smaller sizes according to customer specifications. Ensures product quality by inspecting materials, measuring finished products, and following production instructions.

 

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machine operation, and quality assurance standards. Basic arithmetic and computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software. Ability to coordinate tasks, materials, and resources efficiently.

 

Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, twisting, and squatting. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, with repetitive reaching and grasping. Able to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
