1.      Operation Manager - thermal and night vision optics - Temp to Hire 

Job Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating our customer service, technical repair, and warehouse shipping/receiving departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across customer service, repair, and warehouse functions
  • Train, mentor, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Develop and implement processes that improve productivity and reduce errors
  • Monitor repair workflows, RMA processing, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving activities
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, lasting solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly
  • Serve as the key liaison between operational departments and senior leadership
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management

Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure repair and return processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care
  • Uphold high standards of customer service across all touchpoints
  • Resolve escalated customer or operational issues with professionalism and urgency

 

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of continuous experience in a production or manufacturing environment at a supervisor or manager level
  • Hands-on experience with product repair processes and RMA workflows
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated team management success
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and solve problems decisively

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices
  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ShipStation)
  • Experience in consumer electronics, optics, or hardware product industries
  • Proficiency in data reporting and operational KPI tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Annual compensation (base + bonus) : 80k-100k
