Customer Support Specialist – Firearms, Thermal & Night Vision

Job Overview
RIX develops advanced thermal imaging and night vision products for professional and outdoor applications.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about the hunting and outdoor optics industry and committed to delivering professional, high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Email
• Phone
• Online platforms
• Provide product information, order support, and basic technical guidance
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Process orders, returns, and warranty requests according to company procedures
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
• Track and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
• FAQs
• Service guidelines
• Customer communication templates
• Contribute positively to a cooperative and professional team environment

Qualifications

• Strong interest in and familiarity with the hunting, outdoor, or optics industry
• Hands-on experience with hunting equipment or optics products is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with customers in a calm, clear, and supportive manner
• Skilled in handling challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience
• Demonstrates empathy and problem-solving ability when assisting customers
• Comfortable working with CRM or order management systems
• Experience in customer service, order processing, or technical support is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
