Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a full-time, 1st shift, on-site position. This role supports daily operations by handling customer communication, processing orders, and managing administrative workflows.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional candidate who can manage high volumes of paperwork while maintaining a friendly and upbeat presence, especially when communicating with customers.
This is not a remote role — candidates must be comfortable working on-site full-time.
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and emails while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a professional, friendly, and upbeat tone on the phone.
- Processing customer orders and handling administrative requests.
- Booking hotels and travel arrangements for field crews.
- Processing invoices (hourly billing) with accuracy.
- Tracking job paperwork and ensuring all required documentation is complete (POs, job folders, etc.).
- Maintaining records including certifications, job files, and documentation.
- Managing and organizing large volumes of paperwork from start to finish.
- Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track orders, invoices, and inventory.
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure workflow accuracy and completion.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) REQUIRED.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience required.
- Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, or administrative workflows preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and basic office systems.
- Ability to manage high-volume paperwork with strong attention to detail.
- Tenured work history required — stability and reliability are essential.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor with strong phone etiquette.
Medical or government billing experience alone is not relevant to this role.

Pay & Benefits
