We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Webster, MA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in our high volume call center. Ensuring positive customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone.
MUST be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00AM – 3:30PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through processes.
- Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check required.
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems; Brightree experience a plus.
- 2+ years in a call center environment preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- DME or Medical experience preferred.
