Recruiting Specialist - Part Time

We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Recruiting Specialist to support our talent acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring processes and providing administrative support to recruiters.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

This is a PART-TIME role with a maximum of 30 hours weekly. 

Responsibilities
•    Process and complete employment eligibility verification (I-9s) in compliance with federal regulations 
•    Manage and submit E-Verify cases accurately and in a timely manner 
•    Coordinate and process background checks and pre-employment screenings 
•    Review and screen applications for completeness and accuracy 
•    Schedule candidate interviews and assist with coordination between candidates and recruiters 
•    Provide ongoing administrative support to the recruiting team 
•    Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately 
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal systems 
•    Assist with onboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is completed 
•    Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned 

Qualifications
•    1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles 
•    Knowledge of I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes preferred 
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information 
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills 
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
•    Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
•    Customer service mindset with a focus on candidate experience
