Front End Loader Operator

Located in Baltimore, MD

We are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator with a background in grain handling to join our team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and moving grain products while maintaining quality and operational standards. This is a 1st shift opportunity, paying $21-25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front end loader to move grain, feed, or bulk materials
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and storage bins
• Maintain proper grain flow and prevent contamination
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Monitor grain condition (moisture, spoilage, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and company procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous front end loader experience required
• Experience working with grain, agriculture, or feed mill operations preferred
• Ability to work in dusty environments and varying weather conditions
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
