• Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, and order accuracy
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff
• Coordinate shipping & receiving of trailer parts and accessories
• Ensure proper organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Track and maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
• Assist with hands-on tasks as needed (this is a working manager role)

🎯 Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and logistics
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automotive, trailer, or parts industry is a plus
