Duties

• Lead and supervise installation teams across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations.
• Coordinate clients to plan installation schedules and resolve on-site challenges proactively.
• Operate power tools, hand tools safely and efficiently during installation processes.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure craftsmanship meets specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques for HVAC installation and other specialized skills to promote skill development within the team.

Requirements

• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards on busy construction sites.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations (OSHA standards), and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate among diverse stakeholders including clients.
