Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to customers of varying knowledge levels
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products or services that meet their needs and budget
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment or systems as required
• Promote sales by identifying customer opportunities and effectively presenting product benefits
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, sales transactions, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to sell products or services confidently and ethically
• Technical aptitude with the willingness to learn new systems or equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear guidance to customers
• Positive attitude, energetic work ethic, and a desire to help others succeed
• Prior experience in a technical or sales role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Must have valid HVAC Journeyman license
