Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Branch-based (local travel only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Direct Reports: 3–4 team members
Travel: Minimal; occasional local parts deliveries, Valid Driver License & clean MVR Required

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, service vehicle readiness, and daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for an “idea person” who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and leading a small, hands-on team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our technicians have what they need for first-time fixes, while maintaining strong inventory controls and delivering clear, Excel-based reporting to branch leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage main stock levels, including setting, monitoring, and maintaining min/max reorder points
Initiate and track purchase orders across all vendors
Schedule and perform truck and fleet inventories to ensure service vehicles are fully stocked
Maintain accurate inventory records to support operational efficiency
Supervise and coach the warehouse team (3–4 employees)
Actively suggest and implement process improvements for receiving, stocking, and restocking
Produce and deliver Excel-based inventory reports to branch leadership
Ensure smooth daily receiving and warehouse operations

Required Qualities

Strong MS Excel Skills
Hands on Supervisor working side-by-side with team in warehouse
Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and analytical skills

Equipment & Systems Used

Forklift
Microsoft Excel (proficiency required for inventory tracking and reporting)
Warehouse management and parts ordering software systems
