Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Finish Carpenter to join a production team in Aumsville. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and wants to grow their carpentry skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role focuses on interior finish work and requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials, tools, and supplies for daily tasks
• Complete finish carpentry work including trim installation and detailed interior work
• Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production goals
• Operate tools such as drills, saws, sanders, routers, and levels
• Ensure all work meets quality and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support team productivity and meet project timelines
• Assist with training, problem-solving, and additional responsibilities as skills advance
Qualifications:
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in finish carpentry or general construction is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to read construction drawings is a plus
