Service Parts Order Admin

This is a desirable administrative position for someone who has great attention to detail and enjoys communicating with customers via email and phone.

Service Parts Order Admin Job Highlights:

• Full-time M-F position with core hours between 8am-4:30pm
• Pay is up to $24/hour
• No travel required

Service Parts Order Admin Duties:

• Monitor the ETA of spare parts orders
• Updating customer orders in collaboration with other departments
• Communicating proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules and changes
• Initiating delivery notes for available orders
• Reviewing and validating customer orders for completeness and accuracy

Service Parts Order Admin Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• SAP experience
• Detail-orientated 
• Strong communication skills
• Customer/Client Focus
• Organizational Skills 
• Problem Solving/Analysis
