Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Greenwood, AR
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed
Pay: $18/hour or more depending on experience

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality metal components that meet customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery, including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to manufacture parts to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Perform quality control inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges); report defects or non-conformances and assist with corrective actions.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• PROOF of a High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or shop environment.
• 1–2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.

Equipment Used:

• CNC machines, grinders, lathes, saws, hand tools, measuring tools, hoists, and forklifts.

Required Safety Equipment:

• Steel-toed boots
