Restoration Technician – $18/hr | Springfield, IL

Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7AM–4PM

Express is hiring Restoration Technicians for water, fire, and mold cleanup. This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training—great for candidates with general labor, construction, or cleaning experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Water extraction & cleanup
• Fire & mold restoration
• Remove carpet, drywall, debris
• Move furniture/items in & out of homes
• Work on a team (2+ people per job)

What You Need:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable in dirty/odor-heavy environments (basements, fire/water damage)
• Reliable with solid work history
• Valid license (MVR), background check & drug screen required
